To prepare a schedule of works, specification and drawings for the proposed basement works at Pierremont Hall a Grade II listed building in Broadstairs, Kent. A summary of the works is attached. Additional information: To appoint all necessary planning consultants, fire and damp specialists, heritage experts and structural engineers. To act as project managers, architects and contract administrators to bring the project to tender stage. To tender the opportunity and assist the Town Council in appointing contractors to undertake the works. To oversee the build stage and bring the project to completion.
