GB-Wellingborough: New Website Design and Implementation

Greatwell Homes is looking for a supplier who can provide a comprehensive solution for a new website for the main Greatwell Homes brand and our upcoming corporate plan. Our website is the hub of information for customers, prospective customers, prospective staff and stakeholders. It must complement our corporate values and priorities, particularly its accessibility and suitability for all audiences no matter their needs. In April 2025, we will be launching the next phase of our corporate plan 2025 - 28. The new solution should have an area where the corporate plan and its strategies can sit - this may be in the form of a mini-site but we will welcome ideas and suggestions. The services will include: •the planning, creation and implementation of the website, alongside the communications team •consultation with key stakeholders (either in person or via Teams), such as staff and customers, during the planning and test phases of the website •business-as-usual support once the website goes live •external hosting (this should be managed on behalf of Greatwell Homes) •all requirements from the 'key aims, objectives and outcomes' section below See ITT for full detail Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
