In November 2020 the further extension of Shared Services between Chorley and South Ribble Council’s was agreed. Along with a Shared Leadership team, phase two also included ICT, Customer Services and Revenues and Benefits. To support the alignment of Services and the delivery of the Joint Digital Strategy 2021-2024 the Councils are looking to standardise infrastructure, systems, and services across both authorities into a single operating model. To enable the modernisation of Council services and align ways of working the Councils are looking to create a centralised CCTV control room across Councils. Chorley Council is acting as lead authority on this Procurement
