MGN148 Replacement of Fascias, Soffits and Rainwater Goods

Description

Magna Housing Ltd, (hereafter referred to as “Magna”), invites Tenders to carry out the removal of the existing Fascia, Soffit and Gable bargeboards, (Asbestos Cement, / AIB Soffit / ‘Supalux’ type non-asbestos boards / timber as indicated) and replacement with low maintenance Upvc Fascia, Soffit and Rainwater Goods on a fixed term contract in accordance with this specification. Tenderers shall ensure that they are fully familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations if their Tender is accepted, including magna Standing orders, a copy of which may be seen by arrangement. Should the Tenderer be in doubt as to the interpretation of any part of the contract documents, the contract Administrator or his nominated officer shall endeavour to answer written enquiries prior to Tenders being submitted.
