*This is for information only, as the contract has been awarded* West Kent Housing Association is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified service providers, via NFP's Legal Services Framework, to deliver Charging and Security Legal Services requirements. The scope of services will include: • uplift to market value projects for 3 security pools; • facilitating a rolling charging programme; and • a one-off strategic review of asset portfolio to determine whether there are any charging opportunities we have not yet considered. There will also be requirement to support West Kent's Treasury Strategy with potentially several stages of refinancing and new financing, with funding methods (loan, private placement, bond, etc) still to be determined.
