Description

East Lindsey District Council are looking to develop three historic sites in Alford and Spilsby, Lincolnshire. The Council requires a suitably qualified candidate to ensure the councils duties under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 are complied with through the duration of the project. Currently the Client is proposing to complete the works under a Traditional Form of Contract therefore, the Principal Designer role is to be required throughout the design, construction and completion stages.
