Description

Mole Valley District Council (The Council) invites tenders for the provision of Roof level works, flat lead and slate pitched roofs, parapet walls, chimneys, roof windows, roof lights and roof structural works as set out in these documents. The Commencement Date for the delivery of the works is provisionally scheduled to be 28th May 2024 with a contractor mobilisation period from 29/04/2024 to 24/05/2024. The Contract will be awarded in awarded between 18th and 24th April 2024. The Council is procuring this contract following the Open Procedure under the UK Public Contract Regulations 2015 and the Council's Procurement Code. The Council will be awarding one Contract for the provision of all services detailed in the Specification. The Council is seeking to contract with an organisation that will manage the Services to the highest levels of satisfaction, professional standards and cost effectiveness. The Contractor will be expected to deliver improvements to service delivery and value for money over the life of the contract.
