Extension and Refurbishment of Wormley Community Centre

Broxbourne Big Local is inviting potential local contractors to submit a PQQ and express their interest in tendering for the Phase 01 construction works to extend and refurbish the Wormley Community Centre. Phase 01 is the first stage of a larger scope of works that involves a complete remodel of the existing building, including a first floor extension providing new studio spaces as well as a number of ground floor extensions accommodating a secondary smaller hall and a new cafe at the heart of the local community. The objective of the development is to enable the Centre to become a significant multi-purpose venue that will be financially sustainable for the long term.
