BMSDC are seeking to appoint a building contractor to complete the works on the site of a former Care Home on the site was demolished earlier in 2023 as part of an enabling works package, the Council are now looking to appoint our Main Contractor to commence the main works on-site for Spring 2024. Additional information: We would request that all bidders please review all attachments provided . We are requiring all bidders to complete all tender paperwork and submit all tender documents via the tender portal on Suffolk Sourcing. We must state that all submissions must be submitted before the cut off date and time. Any late submission will not be accepted.
