TC130 - Community Services Flexible Purchasing System (FPS)

Description

The tender is to efficiently procure and mobilise services to meet the needs of vulnerable people in Bolton. The FPS will to be used by the Council's Housing Options and Community Safety Teams.\r \r The FPS will cover 2 Lots, broken down into sub-lots:\r \r Lot 1: Homelessness Services\r 1. Homelessness Prevention\r 2. Emergency Temporary Accommodation\r 3. Supported Housing\r 4. Other Accommodation Based Interventions\r 5. Floating Support\r 6. Young People's Supported Accommodation (16-25-year-olds) \r 7. Other Homelessness Related Support and Interventions\r \r Lot 2: Domestic Abuse Services\r 1. Safe Accommodation (in Refuge) with Specialist Onsite Support victim and children \r 2. Safe Accommodation (dispersed) Specialist Outreach Support for victims/Survivors and Children \r 3. Sanctuary Scheme\r 4. Perpetrator Intervention and Support (Perpetrator Service) \r 5. Independent Domestic Violence Advisors service (IDVA)\r 6. Identification and Referral to Improve Safety (GP) (IRIS)
