To build on the LGA's current work we would like to commission a report and engagement with the LINZ board and elected members and officers to provide a 'councillor's eye' view of the full range of direct and indirect transport and spatial planning powers that can be used to manage traffic demand Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
