MARKET ENGAGEMENT We are undertaking a transformative shift in our approach to procuring technology services, following industry trends and moving from a predominantly outsourced model to a more dynamic and responsive approach (Framework) that rebalances resources by harmoniously integrating our in-house capabilities with the expertise offered by leading industry specialists. This evolution is already underway, underpinned by a new digital operating model, embracing modern methodologies & practices (i.e. DevSecOps, Product Management, and Agile) emphasising agility and efficiency. This Market Engagement event aims to validate our assumptions regarding the optimal ways in which the market can effectively contribute to our new digital operating model, thereby enhancing value for our customers. We are specifically seeking partner organisations capable of supporting us mainly via blended resource augmentation approaches across the full product lifecycle including routine service and development activities. In addition, successful partners may be required to provide elements of consultancy services, and project delivery.
