GB-London: Provision of Evaluation Services - Heritage Places Initiative

The Heritage Fund is looking to appoint a supplier to provide an evaluation framework and initial reporting of the recently launched Heritage Places strategic initiative. It will need to be cognisant of and consider the investment in the location of the National Lottery Heritage Grants which is not part of the Heritage Places to show overall funding impact. The contract will run for three (3) years to match the current delivery plan timescales We are seeking an evaluation provider who will support the programme from the outset, facilitating the design and development of a Theory of Change for Heritage Place projects, with the Heritage Fund's area and country teams and places themselves, including stakeholders. The commission will also consider lessons learned from the emphasis on place and in some areas the transition between Areas of Focus and Heritage Places. Additional information: The date and time provided at item 10 Deadline for Expressions of Interest - is the date and time for the receipt of Tenders. All clarification questions and tender returns must be submitted through the Delta E- tendering Portal. The start date detailed in the advert is indicative only and this requirement may start earlier or later than the date provided. Responses to clarification questions will be issued in batches and sent through the Delta portal and bidders should ensure that they check in regularly for these.
