Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for a term of two years with the option to extend for another three years followed by another two years. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024. Bidders are requested to register their interest to: procurement@rooftopgroup.org to ensure that any clarification questions or amendments can be shared will all interested parties. The deadline for online submissions is 12:00pm 30 November 2023. Submissions must be sent via email to tender@rooftopgroup.org Submissions received after this deadline may not be accepted.
