IMMERSIVE SPACE PROJECT

Description

The works and services required are for the install of a New Immersive Space area located at our Bispham campus (Bispham HUB). The space will provide a digital immersive experience describes the perception of being surrounded by - and being a part of - a different environment than our normal day to day. It will form a: Large-scale digital immersive environment: an open space acting as a 'digital canvas' and simulating real-world environments, for large-scale immersive learning via Augmented/Mixed Reality . Development space for collaboration between computer science/wider curriculum colleagues/students (including healthcare students), informing the development of specialist digital content for healthcare needs. The installation will comprise: • Seminar style curved display (Internal) (Sound system to be included in works) • Entrance display board (External) • Reception entrance display (External) • Entrance foyer full wall display (Internal) • HUB Ticker display (Internal) • HUB Curved display screen (Internal) • Wayfinding Display 1 (Internal) • Wayfinding Display 2 (Internal) • Panoramic display "Vertical standing" (Internal) • 3-Sided LED Cube style Display.
