CCTV Service, Maintenance, Supply and Reactive Repair

Contract for the provision of CCTV Service, Maintenance, Supply and Reactive Repair North Wales Police seek the services of a qualified and experienced CCTV repair, maintenance and supply contractor who will provide 1 x yearly planned maintenance for CCTV equipment located across 3 locations; Mold, Deeside & Netcom and to be reactive to urgent faults reported and to attend within an SLA for 24hrs to visit and repair across the region. The nominated supplier will also be required to quote on upgrades to existing system or new installations when needed and will be asked to submit a quote for a new system within this tender invite to ensure we have benchmarked for best value. The Force will require the successful supplier to be able to provide evidence of both their experience and best practice in this area of business and the ability to undertake reactive repairs to meet the forces deadlines. The contract is likely to commence around September 2023 and will run for a period of 2 years, with the option within the contract to extend +1+1+1 if both parties are happy with the performance provided.
