The Bedmond Sports Pavilion is owned by Abbots Langley Parish Council and has been used as a clubhouse for many years. End of lease works are urgently required prior to offering the building to a new tenant. Works required include: - Removal of Asbestos in ceiling in area of Main Hall - Replace false ceiling with new or refurbished ceiling in Main Hall - Rewire complete building using existing fixture and fittings in Main Hall and Changing Rooms. - Install new ceiling lights in Main Hall. - Install accumulator to feed cold water to various areas within the building to unvented heaters and cold feed to cold taps. - Install new fire and security system - Supply fire extinguishers Please email the Clerk (clerk@abbotslangley-pc.gov.uk) with an expression of interest and to organise a site visit prior to submitting a quote.
