Residential Children's Homes - Strategic Partnership

South Gloucestershire Council are giving you the fantastic opportunity to become a Strategic Partner with the council in a collaborative agreement to open three Residential Children's homes across the authority area. The partnership will foster shared values and principles to enable better outcomes for the looked after children and young people of South Gloucestershire. This partnership will run for up to 10 years. Working in partnership with Social care, Education and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) the homes will deliver an integrated model of care to meet the needs of children and young people including complex emotional and social behaviours, reunification and those young people over 16 and working towards independence. As the successful provider to the partnership, you will bring your experience of delivering high quality children's homes in addition to innovation, aspiration and passion to facilitate change and new ways of working to enable children to live their best lives and achieve their goals and aspiration.
