In 2021 the Government published their ten-year drug strategy 'From Harm to Hope: A ten-year drugs plan to cut crime and save lives1. The strategy has an ambition to reduce drug use to an overall 10-year low, and includes three core priorities, to: •Break the drug supply chain •Deliver a world class treatment and recovery system •Achieve a shift in the demand for recreational drugs Across the country multi-agency partnerships are working to deliver the outcomes of the From Harm to Hope Strategy. The forum partners work to address the causes, treatment and recovery needs and consequences of substance misuse for the population. We're keen to reflect on progress to date and capture key lessons from up to 10 local authorities. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
