Provision of Cleaning Key Worker Accommodation at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital

Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited (Rooftop) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for a term of two years with the option to extend for another three years followed by another two years. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024.
