Description
CHIC invites organisations to participate in a 60-month DPS for Development with the following categories: Category 1: Consultants, including but not limited to Architects, Principle Designer, Cost Consultants, Planning, Employers' Agents, Project Managers, Purchasers' Agents, CDM Co-Ordinator, Valuations, Clerk of Works, Structural Engineer, Surveyors (including Quantity/Soil/Asbestos/Topographical/Party Wall/Building), Acoustic Engineers, Fire-Risk Assessors, Ecologists, Traffic/Transport and Highways. Category 2: Additional Services, including but not limited to Contractors for remediation, demolition, site clearance, asbestos removal, geotechnical, landscaping and agriculturalists (e.g. knotweed removal). Category 3: Construction Contractors/Developers, for single units to large multiunit schemes using a variety of build types including but not limited to traditional, timber-frame and modular off-site solutions. The DPS will be accessible by members of CHIC. The DPS may be used by all Registered Providers of Social Housing, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, NHS, and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom ("Members"), including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102. The DPS is also available to all current and future members of CHIC, a public sector consortium with a list of members available from: https://www.chicltd.co.uk/members
