This framework covers the geographical area of Scotland and has been procured on behalf of: Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) This new framework replaces our previous asbestos and vacant property protection framework agreements, and extends the scope to additional safety and compliance services. The framework consists of 5 (five) workstreams and each workstream has multiple lots.
