Luminate Education Group's Capital Projects & Estates division are responsible for construction, upkeep and maintenance of Yorkshire's largest education provider, Luminate Education Group (LEG). Spanning 20+ sites, we are responsible for 90,000m2 GIFA across the region. Home to 26,000 students our workstream covers: - Design, build and operation of educational facilities - Planned preventative maintenance programmes - Unplanned reactive maintenance - Remedial and replacement of existing building assets Luminate Education Group (LEG) were awarded grant funding to deliver a Heat Decarbonisation Plan in 2021/22. This was subsequently developed into a successful Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS) 3b application in September 2022. LEG have received a Grant Offer Letter from Salix Finance Limited dated 09 February 2023. The appointed consultant will produce detailed design documentation which will support a separate procurement exercise to implement the heat decarbonisation project at Luminate's Leeds Conservatoire property.
