The construction of a sports and social club, football pitch, multi-use games area (MUGA) and hard and soft landscaping works, in Whittingham, Preston. This is part of the wider deliverables for the former Whittingham Hospital redevelopment. The contract will also include demolition of the existing club building. Homes England and Tibbalds Campbellreith JV are currently seeking planning approval and any contract would be subject to receiving planning permission. The type of procedure for procurement has not yet been finalised. Further information can be accessed via Home England's e-Tendering system.
