Description

The refurbishment includes removal of existing tiles, battens and felt and replacement with approved felt in accordance with Bat conservation Guidance including other bat protection measures, new COP battens and tiles. Where practical to do so, improved insulation measures are to be undertaken. The successful contractor(s) must provide scaffolding to conduct the works.
