Mobiles Contract 2023

Please see attached documentation for application instructions and terms. This contract is for the 3 year replacement of Horton Housings Vodafone mobile services contract. Additional information: The billing information supplied with the ITT contains the current connection type per sim. We have about 16 that are voice only. Currently there is only 1 connection that is data only, but we are likely to add approx. 10 more of these by the time we start the new contract (these would be in addition to the 400 connections requested in the ITT). There is no roaming outside of the UK needed in general. We accept that any roaming would be an add-on package, but would like to understand the cost of such a package should we need to temporarily apply it to any of the connections. This would generally only be in rare circumstances such as a senior manager wishing to have use of their phone (for work purposes) whilst away on holiday. They may holiday within the EU or further afield. Responses can be submitted in a suppliers own format, though please complete the information requested in the appendix using the format used in the ITT. Our current SIM cards are Vodafone branded. We are billed by Vodafone directly but also have a 3rd party that manages the relationship with Vodafone on our behalf (including support services etc.).
