English Heritage wishes to appoint an individual or company to develop an Evaluation Plan and conduct a formative and summative evaluation of our partnership project Berwick Barracks - The Living Barracks, which is funded in part through the Cultural Development Fund. This evaluation must support English Heritage and our partners to gather and report on the evaluation indicators identified by Arts Council and DCMS.
