Description

The Finance System - Dimensions provided by Access UK Limited has been in operation at the company since 2015. The company uses various modules: The general ledger system (Dimensions), the contract billing system (SME), the fixed asset system (Asset Manager) and the purchase order system (Focalpoint). The entire financial record keeping and reporting is performed through this system. The Procurement System - Intend has been in use since 2016 and is used for the end to end procurement process which includes tendering and contract management, this also includes and is not limited to, various reports tender and contract management processes. Intend has access to Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS). These requirements will be needed on the new system. Additional information: Prospective contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience of similar work and be prepared to provide references.
