The University of Sussex ("Sussex") is seeking information and expressions of interest from suppliers in preparation for the re-tender of it's Facilities Management Services. The current contract is due to expire on 30th June 2024 with the new contract commencing on 1st July 2024. Sussex is seeking an FM provider who will: • Become a Partner in the SEF LLP joint venture • Provide management services to SEF • Provide administrative services to SEF, including but not limited to Payroll, Procurement, HR advice and other business functions Further details are contained within the Instruction Document which can be accessed via the e-sourcing portal, Proactis: https://supplierlive.proactisp2p.com/account/login Participation in this engagement is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will assist to inform the Contracting Authority as to the level of interest from the market.
