Peabody is considering the establishment of an European Medium Term Note ("EMTN) programme during Q4 2023 The purpose of this ITQ is to select a EMTN Programme Adviser (the "Adviser") for an issue of an EMTN as detailed below. Peabody issued its first Sustainable Bond in March 2022 following the issue of our Sustainable Financing Framework earlier that year. Following full the integration of Catalyst Housing into Peabody in April 2023, we currently manage over 104,000 homes and with around 220,000 residents across London and the Home Counties. With the increased size of Peabody, over the medium term would expect an EMTN programme to provide greater flexibility in accessing the debt market. While we will be interested in how the Advisers can help best us achieve an efficient establishment of an EMTN programme, we will also look for the Adviser to assist with how Peabody can best position itself regarding the debt capital markets and potentially broaden our investor base. We will also look to the Advisor to assist in appointing a lead bank and arranger for an EMTN programme. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
