Hertsmere Borough Council (the "Council") seeks organisations to provide Herbicide Control Services (the Works). The control is wholly for the Public Highway. The service required is further described in Section 2 below. This will be a one year contractual agreement consisting of two applications to commence in July 2023 and October 2023.
