Refurbishment of White Horse Plain, Chedgrave, Norfolk.

Chedgrave Parish Council invites you to tender for the refurbishment of White Horse Plain. Attached is the planning permission decision notice and drawing/arboriculture method statement detailing the works which are to be executed. The existing surface is to be removed, kerbs altered and the area re-surfaced. The works are scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2023. Please submit a lump sum price, excluding VAT, to include for the following: 1. The works as per drawing attached to include for removal of existing surface, alteration of kerbs, decompaction of RPA using a terravent, installation of cellular compartment system and re-surfacing of area. 2. Notices and liaison with NCC Highways, Chedgrave Parish Council, Ravencroft Tree Services and local residents. 3. Provision of welfare facilities, traffic management, temporary fencing & signage. 4. Removal of all waste arising from the works to a licensed tip. 5. Temporarily moving east bound bus stop for the duration of the works. These works will be subject to VAT at standard rate. Your quotation is required in hard copy by 14th August 2023. Please mark the envelope with "WHP [Company Name]".
