Fylde Council own and control Hillside House, 48 Preston Street, Kirkham. Hillside is a Grade II listed building, currently undergoing restoration and renovation works as part of Kirkham's regeneration masterplan. The works include: Phase 1 - Shoring, stabilisation and partial demolition of retaining wall. Phase 2 - Repairing, repointing and replacement of damaged brickwork.
