It also includes monthly digital edition of Planning's Appeals and Legal Casebooks. Each issue includes: Key ministerial and inspector's decisions summarised, The latest court cases summarised, Expert commentary on appeal and court decisions of particular significance. COMPASS provides a sophisticated database of planning appeals; each appeal is fully indexed with a comprehensive description and the associated full text decision. Appeal coverage is comprehensive from 1985 to present to include: Every Secretary of State call in and recovered appeal, all Inquiries and every hearing and selected written reps which are chosen based on a wide range of criteria including those of a particular legal interest, noteworthy content and development types.
