GB-London: Finance for Combined Authorities

Description

Research will establish a number of top tips and practices for combined authorities in the field of financial strategy and financial management. The output will be written into a report together with an online resource of good practice for combined authority practitioners, those charged with assembling the financial aspects of bids and those establishing new combined authority arrangements.  The research will recognise the different types and configurations of combined authorities, either by pointing to things that seem to work in different types of authorities or things that are applicable to combined authorities in general. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
