The Environment Agency requires certain process operators to have their flow-monitoring arrangements independently assessed and certified as conforming to their requirements by CSA Group Testing UK Ltd (under the MCERTS Certification Body). Compliance is achieved following satisfactory completion of a site inspection and a management system audit. Once the audit and inspection has been satisfactorily completed, CSA Group will issue an MCERTS Inspection Certificate, valid for 5 years. Services required as part of this tender will include, but not be limited to, site inspections, provision of the MCERTS site inspection reports, non-conformance reports, MCERTS certification and associated services to Anglian Water, advice and guidance should sites fail to meet MCERTS standards, Secondary Verification services.
