Description

Refurbishment of the primary heating system including boilers, flues, primary and secondary pumps and pipework in the boiler room only. Replacement of existing DHW plate heat exchanger at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital. Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust are looking to appoint a contractor for the Replacement Boilers and Heat Exchangers at Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, Vauxhall Lane, Tonbridge, Kent, TN11 0NE. The following must be valid at the time of bidding and for the duration of all construction works: - All bidders must be Constructionline registered to 'Silver' level with a 'verified' status. - The Bidder must have successfully carried out similar types of work at healthcare (NHS or Private), and educational buildings in a live environment within the last 5 years. Electrical Works: Install to be NICEIC or NAPIT certified and for bidders to supply their valid registration. Mechanical Works: Installer to be Gas Safe registered and to supply their valid registration number. Site Visit Dates: 12th, 13th and 14th July, 09:30am - 16:00pm Type of Contract: JCT Intermediate Building Contract (with Contractor's Design) 2016 Edition.
