Description

The Subsubcontract works is the provision of all necessary People, Equipment, Plant, Materials, methodology, design and detailing for The Screeding works as described in this document, scope drawings and specification. Including all required temporary works, and their design, installation of, ongoing maintenance of and removal required for the safe execution of the Subsubcontract works. The Subsubcontract works shall be undertaken in accordance with the various documents referenced within this document including Appendix 2, Document Register. The scope of each ancillary building is from Platform level to the highest point, internal roof level of each building. Subsubcontractor Design Scope: The Subsubcontractor shall be responsible for developing the Contractors Detailed Design to Design for Construction & Installation. The Subsubcontractor shall be responsible for providing their own construction drawings, compliant with the design intent of the Contractors design. For further details, please see Design for Construction and Manufacturing (Contractor Design) Management Plan for Contract 1CP02-BVS-DS-PLN-SS07- 000020. The Subsubcontractor shall be responsible for the co-ordination and integration of their design with Others provided by the Contractor and the Contractor's design consultant, Specialist Designers / Engineers, Consultants or Specialist Subcontract Designers, and shall co-operate and consult with these other designers to the extent necessary for the proper and timely performance of their own and Others' works. The Subsubcontractor will allow for interfaces with other trades including but not limited to: • Mechanical & Electrical permanent works • Door installations • Drainage/ Public Health • Fire stopping • Floor Hatches • Floor finishes • Grated flooring • Other work packages
