OS collects and maintains geographic information which underpins the production of some of the most detailed and frequently updated mapping in the world. In order to collect change to update and maintain our databases and products, intelligence on new or amended features is essential. OS is looking at further improving intelligence sources for road routing features. Intelligence referring to these features is essential for the update and maintenance of OS products. Additional information: English is to be the language for all communications between OS and Participants on all matters relating to this tender. The information and documents relating to this procurement will be accessible via the In-Tend E-Sourcing Portal: http://in-tendhost.co.uk/os (In-Tend). To be able to access these documents Participants must register and thereafter will be issued with a 'USERNAME' and 'PASSWORD'. Participants that have already registered previously, can access the Tender documents by logging on to the service and following the steps in paragraph below. If you are experiencing problems, then please contact the In-Tend support (support@in-tend.co.uk) for further assistance. Tender submissions should be submitted via In-Tend by no later than 14/07/2023 at 12:00 identified with the Participant's company/organisation name. Participants are reminded to allow sufficient time in submitting their Tenders prior to the closing date and time. In-Tend will not permit submissions after the stated deadline has passed.
