LCR - Commercial Premises Study

Description

The LCRCA is seeking to commission the services of a consultant to help develop a Commercial Premises Study for the Liverpool City Region. Following an internal desk-based exercise, LCRCA are aware there are still gaps in their evidence linked to commercial premises therefore, are looking to commission further work to help develop and build on the work that has been completed internally, which will involve:\r \r • Testing our quantitative findings and contextualise what the data is telling us through consultation with strategic partners, stakeholders and market experts.\r • Providing insight and evidence around future demand for commercial space in the wake of hybrid working, sectoral shifts and economic uncertainty.\r • Providing a better understanding of the supply/demand picture for specialist space such as lab space, advanced manufacturing, shared workspace, start-up space etc, now and in the future.\r
