Research User for Building Control

User Researcher A discovery stage project part funded by LocalDigital. This project will look into developing and streamlining specialised software for building control. Supplier requirements Essential: Experience of working on and leading the UR element for a Discovery phase project Modelling insights gained from user research into formats - such as personas, user journey maps, user stories - and providing final project reporting. Experience of guiding and facilitating a team in the UR/UX workstream to deliver useful and informative discovery phase information that can be used to help progress the work on into Alpha Experience of involving a team in user research and helping them develop a deep understanding of their users Knowledge of how to best engage with users and stakeholders as well as how you would go about testing for user/stakeholder feedback Experience of leading workshops such as research objective for discovery phase decision making Desirable Experience of working in a local authority environment The deadline for submissions is 16 June 2023 at 12 noon.
