GB-Consett: Replacement Windows Contract 2023-2026

Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 April 2023 for the following reason: Unfortunately due to an internal error at DAMHA, the original "Window Replacement and pricing schedule.xlsx" uploaded with this tender contains 32 properties that have already had windows replaced and are therefore no longer required as part of this tender. These properties have now been highlighted in red on the document and re uploaded. We have decided to continue with this tender and will base our marking and eventual award of the contract on quotations received for the remaining 53 properties listed. Please note that on awarding the contract we will add a further 32 properties of similar size and design to this financial years requirement giving a total of 85 properties and we still estimate a further 85 properties to have windows replaced, per year, for the following two years.(To supply and fit replacement doors to DAMHA properties (bungalows) as advised against our annual replacement programme for 2023-2026.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
