The University is commencing a programme to upgrade its existing student residential accommodation. Although this is focussed on the Halls of Residence (HoR) this commission also includes the conversion of two student houses within the campus Village to make them 'accessible' from a disability perspective. The University now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced professional design team to complete the project.
