Description

The new Supported Living Framework commenced on August 1st 2021 The new Supported Living Framework is inclusive of the provision of personal Support for young people (16+) and adults. This approach will promote effective transition from children's to adult's services and positive outcomes for people as they move into adulthood. It also promotes a more integrated approach to market engagement and development across the Council's services and best use of resources.
