DISABLED FACILITIES GRANT WORKS AT 51 THORN CLOSE, WORLE (520-AHP)

Description

The extent of the works comprises adapting the bungalow to enable the customer who has disabilities, improved accessibility to the existing bedrooms, lounge, and hallway. Also included are the replacement external door and side window to bedroom number 2 to provide a level access door. Together with adjusting the external paving. This tender is issued by Alliance Homes Partnerships Limited, to be referred to throughout this tender as Alliance Homes or Alliance Homes Group (AHG). This tender and any resulting contract may be utilised by any member or future member of the Alliance Homes Group, including NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, or by any shared services or partnership arrangement or group of which a member of the Alliance Homes Group is currently or in the future a member of, or by any members current or future of such an arrangement or group. AHG intends to award the contracts on 25th May 2023. It is AHG's expectation that the project mobilisation period will be 4 weeks, and project completion will be 6 weeks after commencement.
