Description
The Royal Navy continues to explore collaborative opportunities with universities and industry, to gain insights into possible technologies that could provide a competitive advantage over our adversaries. The introduction of NavyX's new trials ship, XV PATRICK BLACKETT (XV = eXperimental Vessel), and the opening of BattleLab, Defence's new co-creation environment in Dorset, presents new opportunities to do just this. This engagement event is about sharing some of the frameworks and the types of commercial tools which the team will be using over the coming months. It is through these tools that NavyX will share problems, challenges, and opportunities. This event is an opportunity to understand where and how to register as a provider for the various frameworks, and understand how to access Defence opportunities - This event is therefore aimed at SME's and non-traditional defence suppliers.
