The Supply and Delivery of Groceries/Chilled Foods and Frozen Foods to authorities within Greater Manchester. Trafford Council would be the contract holder on behalf of a collaborative agreement supplying food ingredient products AGMA authorities. The following Authorities within Greater Manchester, being members, associate members or Manchester Partners of the Association of Greater Manchester Authorities (AGMA) have agreed to use this Contract: Greater Manchester Fire Service Greater Manchester Police Oldham MBC Rochdale Council Salford Council Warrington Council Tenders may only be submitted via the Chest portal ( https://www.the-chest.org.uk/ ). The tender will be found under Current Opportunities for Trafford Council The estimated value of the contract is £60m - £80m over the full 6 year term. The contract duration is for 6 years, with a break point at the end of year 3. Current estimated annual value is approx. £7m, based on current proposed participating Authorities. However, this may increase should either additional Authorities choose to participate or inflationary pressures impact on expenditure levels during the life of the contract. The opportunity is available for other local authorities to join, subject to approval from both parties. Note: Governance has now been received for Rochdale's participation in the tender process.
