Description

The Customer wishes to appoint a contractor for the provision of reactive repair call outs and general building works that arise on a day-to-day basis. Including out-of-hours, trades / works typically covered could include the following but not limited to: o Domestic Plumbing o Gutters and downpipes (and affected building fabric) o General Building & Plastering o Floors and Flooring o Carpentry & Joinery o Windows & Doors o Painting & Decorating o External Works & Groundworks - Surfacing and Paving etc o Suspended Ceilings Additional information: Please note the procurement process and all correspondence will be undertaken via In-Tend.
