The Provision of Enforcement Agents Services

Description

A Call-Off (Concession) Contract for the provision of Enforcement Agents Services. The Council conducted a further competition using the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Debt Resolution Services Framework (RM6226) Lot 5 "Enforcement Services". The service provision will collect Debt on behalf of the Council, seek to collect payments in full, or establish payment arrangements in line with the Council's instructions. The service will also ensure secure, accurate and timely pay-over of Debt collected to the Council. The following services will be commissioned under the Call-Off Contracts in relation to Council Tax, Business Rates, Business Improvement Districts (BIDS) and Parking Enforcement: • Enforcement action including; • Visits; • Immobilising Vehicles and Taking Control of Goods; • Sale of Goods; • Information Sharing and Targeted Enforcement. Additionally, collection of Housing Benefit Overpayment and Sundry Debts is sought under the Call-Off Contract. The Service will treat customers fairly in accordance with the Public Sector Equality Duty and in compliance with Harrow policies.
