Lambeth Electric Vehicle Charging Point Framework

Description

Lambeth Council is developing a framework to support the expansion of its Electric Vehicle Charge Point network. As part of the strategy the Council will invest significant capital funds into the network, seeking to provide a mix of robust charging units to meet the needs of the existing and emerging electric vehicle user groups. Once the Framework is established, the intention is to commission via direct award (for packages under £100k) or through a mini competition (over £100k) as funding comes on stream which is likely to exceed £3.5m over a 4 year period. To this end the Council requires providers who can carry out works and provide services against the lots which are structured as follows. • Lot 1 Infrastructure and Installation of Electric Vehicle units • Lot 2 Reactive Management and Maintenance and Planned • Lot 3 Back Office Services and Income Management Providers must be able to bid and confirm their ability to supply services against all three lots, assets installed may not necessarily be maintained by the same provider.
